Payment can be made by credit card or e-transfer.
1. Fill in the form below to book an appointment.
2. Upload unsigned document(s) you need notarized and one piece of government photo ID (front and back) for each signer. For example, a passport, driver's license, Ontario ID Card. If you prefer to email your documents, please send to contact@dg-notary.com.
3. After submission of the form and documents, you will receive a confirmation for the appointment time.
4. You will meet the Notary through Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime for a 10 minute video call.
5. Have your ID ready at the appointment to show the Notary during the video call. A screenshot with you holding your ID will be taken.
6. During the video call you will receive an email containing your document(s) for a signature request. Do NOT sign this until the notary asks you to do so.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or you can e-transfer to accounting@diannag.com.

Your document will state it was notarized remotely.
Please note, there is no regulation that is required for a receiving party to accept a document that has been notarized remotely, therefore we strongly recommend you confirm with the receiver.
