By booking an in-person appointment you AGREE to the following:​

I agree a 75% fee will be charged for no shows or if the notarization cannot be performed for reasons beyond the Notary's control, such as client forgetting their ID, client unable to sign the document or legal incapacity of any signing party.

 

I agree there is no Paralegal-Client relationship that exists between myself and Dianna Giang Notary.  I have not been given, nor have sought any legal advice from Dianna Giang Notary, relating to the contents of this document(s).  The contents of this document(s) are my responsibility. If any, for legal the giving of legal advice relating to the matter remains with my own legal representative.

This agreement will be valid for all notarizations done, unless stated otherwise.

Each party has the authority to agree to the these terms.

 

By booking a Virtual Notarization appointment you AGREE to the following:

I agree that I am 100% responsible for confirming with the recipient of my document(s) that they will accept a virtual notarization.  I understand Dianna Giang Notary cannot guarantee the acceptance of a virtual notarization.
