1. Scope of Services
DG Notary’s services are strictly limited to the notarization, apostille, authentication, translation, and/or legalization services specifically requested by the Client.
When providing these services, DG Notary is acting solely in the capacity of a notary service provider and/or document service provider.
DG Notary does not prepare, draft, edit, review, interpret, or provide legal advice regarding the contents, purpose, legal effect, or suitability of any document submitted by the Client.
The Client remains solely responsible for ensuring that their documents meet their intended requirements and purpose.
2. No Legal or Paralegal-Client Relationship
The Client acknowledges and agrees that no paralegal-client, solicitor-client, or legal advisory relationship is created between the Client and DG Notary or its representatives as a result of receiving notarization, apostille, authentication, translation, and/or legalization services.
The Client confirms that DG Notary has not provided, and the Client has not relied upon, any legal advice regarding:
-
the preparation, contents, or wording of any document;
-
the legal rights, obligations, or consequences associated with any document;
-
whether a document is appropriate for a particular legal purpose; or
-
whether a document satisfies the requirements of any receiving party.
Any legal advice, document preparation, legal representation, or legal services required by the Client must be obtained from the Client’s own qualified legal professional.
The Client acknowledges that DG Notary is not acting as the Client’s legal representative in connection with these services.
3. Client Responsibility for Documents and Requirements
The Client is solely responsible for:
-
providing complete, accurate, and authentic documents;
-
reviewing all documents before signing;
-
ensuring all required information is correct;
-
confirming the requirements of the receiving party, government authority, institution, or foreign jurisdiction;

DG Notary does not guarantee that any document will be accepted by any third party, including but not limited to government authorities, courts, educational institutions, employers, immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, or foreign jurisdictions.
If a document must be corrected, amended, resubmitted, or processed again for any reason, additional service fees will apply.
4. Apostille, Authentication, Legalization and Foreign Jurisdiction Disclaimer
The Client acknowledges that requirements for document acceptance vary between jurisdictions and may change without notice.
DG Notary provides apostille, authentication, and legalization assistance based on the information and requirements available at the time of service. DG Notary does not control or determine the requirements, decisions, processing times, or acceptance policies of any government authority, embassy, consulate, institution, or foreign jurisdiction.

DG Notary does not provide legal opinions, interpretations, or advice regarding translated content.
The Client acknowledges that acceptance of a translation by a receiving authority, institution, or foreign jurisdiction is outside DG Notary’s control.
Any revisions, corrections, or additional translations requested after completion may be subject to additional fees.
6. Appointment Cancellation, No-Shows, and Incomplete Services
A fee equal to 75% of the scheduled service fee will be charged for:

Once work has commenced, including but not limited to document review, preparation, appointment time, courier arrangements, translation work, apostille/authentication processing, government submission, or other administrative processing, fees may be non-refundable.
