Rates will vary depending location of the appointment. Best rate will be at Warden Avenue and St. Clair Avenue area.

Steps to take before our appointment:

Do not sign or date documents prior to appointment.

Complete all your documents prior to our appointment, except for your signature and dates.

Person signing must appear before the Notary

You must bring a government issued photo identification (Passport, Driver's License or Citizenship Card) to the appointment, in order to verify your identity.
