What do you need for your virtual appointment?

• Your digital document document(s).​

• Two pieces of ID.  One must be government photo ID.  

• Access to Zoom.  You will need to share your screen.

 

How much do you charge?

• First commissioning $35

• Each additional commissioning $15 

• Price does not include HST

How will I receive my notarized documents?

• After your virtual appointment, we will email you an electronic version, fully notarized

• Your document will state that it was virtually notarized

Please note there is no regulation that is required for a receiving party to accept a document that has been commissioned remotely.  Therefore we strongly recommend you confirm with the institution you are submitting your document(s) to that they will accept it.
